Clarity • Calm • Connection

Counselling for women and young adults navigating relationships, change, overwhelm – and all the messy bits in between.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to counselling.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same patterns, navigating a relationship or life change, or simply not feeling quite like yourself, Clear Path is a place to talk it through without judgement.

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and work out what might help.

Not sure where to start?

You don’t need to know exactly what you want from counselling before you come in. Maybe something specific has happened, maybe things have been building for a while, or maybe you just know you’re not feeling quite like yourself.

Whatever it is, we can talk it through and work out what might help.

If you’d like to see whether Clear Path feels right for you, you can book a complimentary 15 minute chat with me.

Online or by the beach

Counselling doesn’t have to look one particular way.

We can chat online, take a walk, or meet by the ocean for a Beach Chat. Some people find it easier to talk face-to-face, while others prefer having something to do or somewhere to look while they find the words.

Whatever feels most comfortable for you, we can start there.

Services

Online

Talk from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Online counselling is available to women and young adults anywhere in Australia, making it easier to fit support into your life – wherever you’re based.

Beach Chat

Sometimes it’s easier to talk by the ocean.

Beach Chats offer a relaxed way to talk things through, with the ocean as your backdrop – without sitting across from each other in a room.

Walk-and-Talk

Sometimes it’s easier to talk things through while we walk.

If talking feels easier when you’re moving, we can take things outside. Walk-and-Talk sessions combine counselling with fresh air and movement – side by side.

Meet Nicole

With over 25 years of experience in education and wellbeing, Nicole has spent her career helping people navigate the messy, complicated parts of life. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Counselling and is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Her approach is warm, practical and refreshingly down-to-earth. There’s no judgement and no expectation that you’ll arrive knowing exactly what to say or what you need. Nicole helps you make sense of what’s going on, understand the patterns that might be keeping you stuck and work out what could help.

Whether you’re navigating relationships, change, overwhelm, confidence or simply feeling a little lost, Nicole brings plenty of experience – and a very human approach – to helping you find your way forward.

It doesn’t matter when you start, it only matters that you do.
